OPERATING
PRINCIPLE

FECO X3 is directly installed on the fuel line and air intake line.

When the engine operates, ambient temperature activates the high-tech material that emits Far Infrared (FIR) radiation within the 8–14µmwavelength range. This FIR radiation generates a resonance frequency of approximately 298,000 × 10⁹oscillations per second, corresponding to the natural vibrational frequency of hydrocarbon molecules in fuel.

Through the resonance effect, fuel molecular clusters absorb FIR energy, vibrate intensely, weaken intermolecular bonding forces, and separate into single molecules or smaller clusters. This process enhances fuel atomization and promotes more uniform mixing with oxygen in the combustion chamber, resulting in more complete and optimized combustion.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • 125cc engine: Install 01 bar externally clamped onto the fuel line.
  • Engines from 150cc to 200cc: Install 02 bars — 1 bar externally clamped onto the fuel line and 1 bar externally clamped onto the air intake line.
